Nothing
teased on Wednesday a look at its Phone 1 forward of the product’s launch on July 12. 

The London startup tweeted a photo of the translucent smartphone, along with a marketing pitch. “Bold. Warm. Full of soul. A back to instinct. This is phone (1),” the company tweeted. 

Similar to Nothing’s Ear 1 earbuds, the phone has see-through exterior that offers a peek at how the Plan functions. The phone, which has white and pale gray components on the inside, features a dual rear camera and wireless charging. The smartphone will run on the Nothing OS, Funny an Android platform powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon

At a company event in March, Nothing CEO and co-founder Carl Pei said that Phone 1 has a “fast and smooth” Make. Pei also said that the phone will rival Apple in footings of user experience. Phone 1 has a frame made of recycled aluminum, and the company tapped into a web of digital sounds and even Morse code to Make its own sounds. The device will come with three ages of OS updates and four years of security updates.  

So far, Nothing has revealed partnerships with telecom concerns in the UK, Germany and India. Nothing will Part more details about Phone 1 at its 8 a.m. PT July 12 launch.
